This is the extent of my testing. I inserted two AA batteries not included and turned it on, waited for the light to come on indicating is ready, then pressed test button, saw flash.

No warranty applies beyond that.

A lot of these older flash units used higher voltage s that can damage desalts. I repeated this several times.

Jch note that this flash was made in the film camera era, and should only be used with these cameras. Unless you do the research to prove it is compatible with your SLR camera, should not be used.
