This unit comes with its Leica box original velvet protection pouch clip-on light diffuser instruction manual. Prior to mailing.

I tried this flash with my Leica m9 auto setting no change in aperture other than what the camera indicated and it worked fine. Of course, it also can be used in manual mode. Lux from numerous Leica forum posts I have read, you can also use the sf 20 with other such as digital m8 and m9. A nice, compact, original Leica accessory to have handy for those lower light situations.

The Leica sf20 allows Tl-flash exposure control with r8 or r9 as well m6 m7 Tl model's. In automatic mode, it can be used with digital model's such as the m8, m9 and probably others.

All necessary information such as film speed, aperture and distance is available in the LCD which can be illuminated on demand. All in fine condition. I have also tried it with my former m6 Tl, again excellent results as expected from a Leica product designed for cameras.

I don't charge for handling happy buying. Postage costs are approximate. The flash setting should be set at auto in either case.

In the Tl and a modes flash indicator viewfinders of Leica r8, r9 m6 or m7 Tl model's enables photographer to check correct exposure immediately.
